Service-Related Refunds

At Themeix, we are committed to delivering quality services. However, if we are unable to complete your project for any reason, we will notify you in writing and issue a refund for the portion of the project that remains incomplete. The refund amount will not exceed the amount you have paid for the project.

Product-Related Refunds (Themes)

Refunds for theme purchases are governed by the guidelines set forth by our marketplace partners, such as ThemeForest. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The product is not as described or doesn't work as expected.
  • The item has a security vulnerability that cannot be fixed.
  • Support for the purchased item was not provided as promised.
  • The product is defective, or there are installation issues not caused by your actions.

Refunds are typically not granted if you change your mind, no longer need the product, or the issue is outside the control of the product itself (e.g., compatibility with third-party plugins or systems).
