We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. If you’re having trouble with our product or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, then please submit a ticket to report your defective product and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For damaged template/plugins./extentions, we will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
Get the refund if :
- Our product completely non-functional and we did not provide any support.
- You’ve posted a support request but you didn’t get any response in 72h (business days only).
- And/or product main description was fully misleading.
- If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 1 month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We think 1 month is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t downloaded the item.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
- You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
- The product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account to which he/she had legal access.
- You refused to provide our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having an issue with.
- It has expired more than 7 days after purchase and you even didn’t add at least one post on the themeix support forum with a real issue.
- We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
- No refund will be offered for any item while any discount offer is running on our site. If you use any discount coupon to purchase any of our products, we may reject your refund request. We process refunds only for the regular purchase.
Themeix offers a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case, themeix has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer a refund if we see reasonable.
Please also note that:
- You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- We may delete any items from our marketplace for our internal decision and there is no refund for the deleted item but we will provide you support.
- Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
- For the hosting service, we give 7 days money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our service, there have no any other rule. If you want a refund after 7 days then your refund request can be ignored with accept a cancellation request after the end of the contract/subscription period
