Can I still use the themes once my membership expired?

Yes. You can still use the themes that you have already downloaded from themeix during your membership period. But you will no longer have the access to the latest file download, updates or our special support portal.

What is the difference between a Business and Developer plan?

In developer plan you will get lifetime access for all the themeix products with regular updates and support. But business membership plan only limited to one (01) year.

Can I use themes for multiple sites?

In personal membership plan, you can only use the themes in a single website. But in the case of business and developer membership plan, you can easily apply the themes in multiple/ unlimited websites.

Can I use themeix products for my client?

Yes, you can. You can work with any type of personal or client project without taking our permission. You are also allowed to change the copyright or our brand removal from the themes.

What are the benefits of joining as a member?

After joining as a themeix personal/ business/ developer member, you can download all the existing themes from themeix. Moreover, all updates, extensions and new versions are free of charge as long as your membership is active, valid and renewed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments, credit cards (major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American express etc.). The payments are managed by Stripe, one of the most powerful payment gateway systems.

Can I get a refund?

Can I upgrade (or downgrade) my plan if needed?

It is possible to upgrade your plan if you want. But there is no option for downgrading plan. For example from Personal or Business, you can migrate to the Developer Membership plan. But you cannot switch to Business or Personal plan from Developer Membership plan.
